Beta Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the IdealPersona Beta Program (“Beta”). By accessing or using the Beta version of IdealPersona (“Platform” or “Product”), you (“Tester” or “User”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. Please review them carefully before participating.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By using the Platform during the Beta, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Beta Purpose and Participation
   You understand that IdealPersona is in a pre-release Beta stage and may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change. The primary goal of this Beta is to gather user feedback and identify issues to improve our final product. Participation is voluntary and may be terminated at any time by you or by IdealPersona.
3. Beta Access & Duration
   You will receive free, limited-time access to the Platform for the duration of the Beta. Beta access may be changed, suspended, or ended at any time at IdealPersona’s sole discretion. When the Beta ends, your free access will terminate automatically.
4. License to Use
   IdealPersona grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for internal business evaluation and testing purposes only, during the Beta period.
5. User Responsibilities
   You agree not to use the Platform to create, share, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights. You also agree to abide by any additional rules or instructions provided during the Beta.
6. Feedback Requirement and Ownership
   By participating, you agree to provide honest and constructive feedback as requested. All feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas you submit are owned by IdealPersona, and you waive any claim to compensation or rights in those ideas. By submitting feedback, you grant IdealPersona a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose.
7. Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure
   You agree not to share, disclose, or publish any information, screenshots, features, or experiences relating to the Beta Platform with anyone outside of IdealPersona, unless you have received our prior written consent. This confidentiality obligation survives the end of the Beta.
8. AI Output Disclaimer
   The Platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology that may generate inaccurate, biased, or incomplete content. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any content generated by the Platform.
9. Intellectual Property
   All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform remain with IdealPersona. Users may retain rights to their own data and output, but not to the underlying technology or AI models.
10. Payment Terms
    During the Beta, access is provided at no cost. Any future pricing and billing terms will be communicated to you before the Beta ends. All payments, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
11. Termination of Participation
    IdealPersona may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may discontinue use at any time. Upon Beta completion or termination, your access will end and any Beta data may be deleted.
12. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
    The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. IdealPersona is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to data loss, loss of productivity, or business interruption—arising from use of the Platform.
13. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IdealPersona from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
14. Modifications
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Beta after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Privacy Policy (Beta Version)
